Too much sodium can raises risk for high blood pressure, leading to heart disease and stroke. More than 800,000 people die each year from these and other vascular diseases, says the CDC. Number four is poultry with 4.5 percent and Number three is pizza with 4.9 percent sodium. We are finally getting closer to the number one sodium packed food, but the number two food is cold cuts with 5.1 percent sodium. The time has come to find out the number one sodium food. The number one food is bread and rolls with an extreme percent of 7.4.
