Veterans Day

This Veterans Day holds many events to salute our soldiers. Some of these events include America`s Parade, National Veteran`s Day Ceremony, the Manassan`s Veterans Day Parade, Ronald Reagan Presidential Library Veterans Day Celebration, `Vonnegut`s Odyssey` Exhibit Opening, and the Penn State Military Appreciation Lions vs. Hawkeyes Game. Veterans Day was originally established to honor Americans who had served in World War I. The national holiday is celebrated on November 11, and the anniversary of the day World War I ended in 1918. Today, Veterans Day honors veterans of all wars for their bravery and courage for serving in the military and sacrificing their lives for our country.
