In this past one it was the Denver Broncos vs the Carolina Panthers. Although the Broncos came out on top, it was good game and will go down in history as the 50th Super Bowl.
Cam Newton and the Panthers were undefeated all season long. With that being said, a lot of you are going to be wondering where the Panthers have went wrong in the biggest game of the season. Well, a lot of isn't all on the Panthers, the Broncos gave them a defense to put up with and the highest scoring offense didn't take it all too well.
The Broncos had to make some major changes to be able to keep up with Panthers offensive strategy that was either going to be really good for them or really bad. It was truly a show of defense winning a ball game.
Some of the noticeable things the Broncos did to their defense were, that Wade Philips crafted the perfect game plan to slow this offense, the Broncos defensive line just dominated the game, and lastly, they adjusted to make a "no fly zone" for Cam Newton.
The final score came out to be 24-10 the Broncos. Cam Newton hasn't been taking it lightly either. With all of his hard work and dedication to get to where they were at the Super Bowl, and then to lose it all has really taken a toll on him. With him already having two national championships from college, he is predicted to have at least another chance to win it all.
