There are many ways to get healthy. One way is by doing exercise such as pilates. Pilates is very similar to yoga except it deals with more movement rather than poses. Pilates is a body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. There are many websites that contain information about types of workouts that you can try. I recommend Blogilates.com. Pilates is something you should try and do three times a week along with two or three days of doing cardio. You want to make sure you give yourself a break day and you want to eat healthy. This is a great way to try to reach a weight loss goal and it's fun too!
